“活力再生”视角下现代工业遗产转型更新策略研究——以兰州安宁区为例

摘　　要：现阶段,中国的工业化进程呈现区域发展不平衡的状态,大部分中西部地区还处于工业化中期,部分工业遗产仍然有经济增长的诉求。文章选取兰州市安宁区兰州机床厂、国营长风机器厂、新兰仪表厂和国营万里机电总厂四处现代工业遗产片区,以"活力再生"为视角,从产业优化转型、功能与空间的重组、地域特色塑造和"触媒"引导分期开发等几个方面,探索在产业转型和城市发展的今天,这些仍然以经济增长为导向、继续发展工业的西部现代工业遗产如何融入城市公共生活,激发地区活力,实现工业遗产资源的可持续发展。At present,the process of industrialization in China is characterized by unbalanced regional development.Most of the central and western regions are still in the middle stage of industrialization,moreover,and some industrial heritage still has the demand of economic growth.This paper chooses four modern industrial heritage areas--Lanzhou Machine Tool Factory,State-owned Chang Feng Machine Factory,Xin Lan Instrument Factory and State-owned Wan Li Electrical and Mechanical General Plant for research.From four aspects of industrial optimization and transformation,reorganization of function and space,shaping of regional characteristics and phased development of projects,this paper explores how these modern industrial heritages in the western regions,which are still oriented by economic growth and continue to develop industry,integrate into urban public life,revitalize regional vitality and realize sustainable development of industrial heritage resources.
