摘　　要：本文主要论述的是利用专业的设备在钢筋工程中,将直螺纹套筒结构进行相互连接,在连接过程中同时利用钢筋套丝机完成直螺纹的加工,然后将专业的连接套筒插入其中,最后再利用扳手进行手动连接,最终完成各个钢筋之间的有效连接。此外,本文还从钢筋直螺纹连接的原材料质量控制,钢筋端部螺纹加工,以及接头安装的质量控制和接头工艺的检测角度,对钢筋工程中钢筋直螺纹连接的施工质量进行了全面的阐述和分析。There are many ways to connect reinforcing bars.This paper mainly describes how to use professional equipment to connect the straight thread sleeve structure in reinforcing bar engineering.In the process of connection,the straight thread is processed by reinforcing bar sleeve machine.Then the professional connection sleeve is inserted into it,and finally the wrench is used in manual connection so as to guarantee the effective connection between various reinforcing bars.In addition,from the perspective of raw material quality control,processing of end thread of reinforcing bar,quality control of joint installation and inspection of joint technology,this paper comprehensively expounds and analyses the construction quality of straight thread connection of reinforcing bar in reinforcing bar engineering.
