摘　　要：近年来,可食地景在城市景观中逐渐被人们所熟知并运用,但在乡村景观营造中却常常被人们所忽视。随着乡村振兴战略的提出和美丽乡村建设的推进,乡村旅游迅速发展,推动了旅游型乡村的建设与发展。在旅游型乡村中,农业的意义不仅仅是生产农产品,还包括与农业结合所催生的农业观光、蔬果采摘、农事体验等产业形式,这些成为乡村旅游的主要吸引点之一。可食地景可以使农园集生态性、景观性与生产性于一体,其在乡村的作用亟待开发。本文通过文献搜集、案例分析,以及实地调研等方法,研究了可食地景在乡村景观营造中的现状与趋势,探讨了可食地景在乡村发展中的应用方式、策略和发展意义,以期为可食地景在旅游型乡村中的持续发展提供参考。In recent years,edible landscapes have gradually been popular and used in urban landscapes,but they are often overlooked in rural landscape construction.With the introduction of the rural revitalization strategy and the advancement of the beautiful rural process,the rapid development of rural tourism has promoted the construction and development of tourism-oriented villages.In tourism-oriented villages,the significance of agriculture is not only the production of agricultural products,but also the industrial forms such as agricultural tourism,fruit and vegetable harvesting,and farming experience that have been combined with agriculture.These have become one of the main attractions of rural tourism.The edible landscape can integrate the ecological,landscape and productive functions of the farm together,and its role in the countryside needs to be developed.This paper studies the current situation and trends of edible landscapes in rural landscape construction through literature collection,case analysis and field research,and discusses the application methods,strategies and development significance of edible landscapes in rural development.It is hope that this paper can provide a reference for the edible landscape in the sustainable development of tourist-oriented villages.
