摘  要:随着城市现代化建设脚步的不断加快,城市规划与管理工作被提上了新日程,对其提出了新要求,尤其是城市各项基础工程问题的解决与优化,确保紧跟现代化发展步伐。地下工程的防水施工是城市运行系统重要的工程环节,是确保地下建筑正常使用功能的基本支撑点之一。地下工程出现渗水是普遍存在的,或大或小,一旦出现,其处理难度较大,综合成本较高,而渗水的主要影响不仅仅是破坏了工程的正常使用功能性,严重时会导致地基下沉,腐蚀氧化施工材料,甚至引起工程的崩塌。若是在施工期间发生渗水,严重时会对周边构筑物及施工人员的生命安全造成极大的威胁。因此,对地下工程施工中的渗水问题要做到面面俱到的讨论,本文着重探讨了地下工程施工中渗水的成因与治理。With the acceleration of urban modernization,urban planning and management work has been put on a new agenda and puts forward new requirements,especially the solving and optimization of the problems of various infrastructure projects in cities so as to keep up with the pace of modernization.Waterproofing construction of underground engineering is an important part of urban operation system and one of the basic supporting points for ensuring the normal use of underground buildings.Seepage is a common problem in underground engineering,large or small,but once it occurs,its treatment is difficult and the comprehensive cost is high.The main impact of seepage is not only to destroy the normal function of the project,but also to cause serious consequences such as foundation subsidence,corrosion and oxidation of construction materials,and even the collapse of the project.If water seepage occurs during construction,it will pose a great threat to the safety of surrounding buildings and construction personnel.Therefore,it is very important to discuss the seepage of underground engineering in all aspects.This paper mainly discusses the causes and treatment of seepage in underground engineering construction.
