针刺蝶腭神经节联合通窍鼻炎胶囊加玉屏风散颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺蝶腭神经节联合通窍鼻炎胶囊加玉屏风散颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择有相同季节性变应性鼻炎的患者40例,按照针刺联合药物治疗和单纯药物治疗分为实验组及对照组,每组20例患者,进行15天的治疗。将2组治疗前后的鼻部症状评分、鼻阻力测定值、血清特异性IgE及中医证候积分进行对比。结果经针刺联合药物共同治疗后的实验组患者鼻部症状评分、鼻阻力测定值、血清特异性IgE及中医证候积分均好于单纯使用口服药物治疗的对照组患者,两者差异明显(P<0.05),可进行比较,实验组有效率95.0%,高于对照组有效率80.0%(P<0.05)。结论建议使用针刺蝶腭神经节联合通窍鼻炎胶囊加玉屏风散颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with tongqiaobiyan capsule and YuPingFengSan Granule on allergic rhinitis. Methods 40 patients with the same seasonal allergic rhinitis were divided into experimental group and control group according to acupuncture combined with drug treatment and simple drug treatment. 20 patients in each group were treated for 15 days. Before and after treatment, the scores of nasal symptoms, nasal resistance, serum specific IgE and TCM syndrome scores were compared. Results the scores of nasal symptoms, nasal resistance, serum specific IgE and TCM syndrome in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0 %, higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with tongqiaobiyan capsule and YuPingFengSan granules are recommended for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
