摘　　要：绿色矿山建设目前已经上升为国家战略,在工业文明转向生态文明的时代背景下,绿色矿山建设是大方向、大原则、大逻辑,永煤公司要实现矿业高质量发展,建设绿色矿山也是企业下一步发展的重要途径和必然要求。河南能源化工集团永城矿区自2012年起开始矿井绿色矿山建设工作,从依法办矿、规范管理、资源综合利用、技术创新、节能减排、环境保护、土地复垦、社区和谐、企业文化等方面全面贯彻落实绿色矿山的目标,积极引进新技术、新工艺、新设备,实现了永煤公司安全生产、资源高效综合利用、生态环境与矿区经济和谐发展的新局面。截至目前,3对生产矿井已获得绿色矿山称号,剩余2对生产矿井已达到绿色矿山建设标准,正在申请评估验收,争取2019年底全部通过国家绿色矿山验收,建成河南省第一批永城矿区绿色矿山示范区。At present,green mine construction has now risen to the national strategy.Under the background of industrial civilization turning to ecological civilization,green mine construction is the general direction,principle and logic.In order to achieve high-quality development of mining industry,the construction of green mines is also an important way and inevitable requirement for the next development of enterprises.Yongcheng Mining Area of Henan Energy and Chemical Group has started the construction of green mines since 2012.The goal of green mines has been fully implemented in terms of running mines according to law,standardizing management,comprehensive utilization of resources,technological innovation,energy saving and emission reduction,environmental protection,land reclamation,community harmony and enterprise culture.New technologies,new processes and new equipment have been actively introduced and Yongcheng Coal Company has been realized.New situation of safe production,efficient comprehensive utilization of resources,harmonious development of ecological environment and mining area economy.Up to now,three pairs of production mines have been awarded the title of green mine.The remaining two pairs of production mines have reached the construction standard of green mine.They are applying for assessment and acceptance.By the end of 2019,they will all pass the national green mine acceptance test and build the first batch of green mine demonstration areas in Yongcheng Mining Area of Henan Province.
