摘 要:为了保证冯营矿2415车场安全揭煤,确保矿井的安全生产,根据《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》要求,对石门揭煤区域抽采钻孔进行了设计,车场揭煤区域钻孔设计总工程量为5047.8 m,运用“两堵一注”的封孔方式对钻孔进行封孔,然后进行突出煤层石门揭煤区域瓦斯抽采效果分析。研究得出,经采取措施后,煤层瓦斯含量大幅降低、钻屑解吸指标明显下降以及瓦斯浓度显著降低。研究为类似工程条件的石门揭煤区域瓦斯抽采提供了理论基础。In order to ensure the safe uncovering of coal in 2415 yard of Fengying Mine and ensure the safe production of mines,this paper designed the boreholes in crossdrift uncovering coal area according to the requirements of"Regulations on Prevention and Control of Coal and Gas Outburst".The engineering quantity was 5047.8 m,and the boreholes were sealed by the"two plugs and one injection"sealing method,and then the gas extraction effect analysis of the coal seam uncovering coal seam were carried out.The study concluded that after the measures were taken,the coal seam gas content was greatly reduced,the drill cuttings desorption index was significantly reduced,and the gas concentration was significantly reduced.The study provided a theoretical basis for gas extraction in the coal-covering area of crossdrift,which was similar to engineering conditions.
