摘 要:煤炭开采技术水平的主要量化指标是煤炭采出率,而“三下”压煤是煤炭采出率重要影响因素。由于易采煤储量逐渐降低,“三下”压煤的开采技术成为重要研究问题,而固体充填技术是解决“三下”压煤的有效方法。以某矿井为工程背景进行“三下”固体充填开采技术研究,利用室内试验确定该地质条件下充填材料矸石与粉煤灰的最佳配比为1∶0.4,而后对该工作面进行充填,实测地面最大沉降量约为170 mm,应用效果良好,可为其他相似工程提供借鉴。The main quantitative index of coal mining technology level is coal mining rate,and"three down"coal pressure is an important factor of coal mining rate.Due to the decrease of easy coal reserves,the mining technology of"three lower"pressure coal has become an important research problem,and the solid filling technology is an effective method to solve the"three down"pressure coal.Based on the engineering background of a mine,the"three down"solid filling mining technology is studied,the best ratio of filling material gangue and fly ash is determined to be 1∶0.4 by laboratory test under the geological conditions,then the working face is filled,the measured maximum ground settlement is about 170 mm,the application effect is good,which can provide some reference for other similar projects.
