摘　　要：Semaphorins家族蛋白包括分泌型与膜结合型蛋白,最初关于Semaphorins家族蛋白的报道多为神经系统方面的研究。近年来,研究认为Semaphorins蛋白及其受体共同参与调控多种生理途径,包括血管形成、肿瘤形成、免疫调节、神经系统的轴突导向形成等。有关Semaphorins信号分子在免疫调节中的作用机制研究目前仍处于起步阶段,本文通过查阅文献简要论述与免疫相关的几类Semaphorins蛋白调控T淋巴细胞功能的研究进展。The Semaphorins family proteins include secreted and membrane-bound proteins,and the initial reports on the Semaphorins family proteins are mostly neurological studies.In recent years,studies have shown that Semaphorins proteins and their receptors are involved in the regulation of a variety of physiological pathways,including angiogenesis,tumor formation,immune regulation,and axon-oriented formation of the nervous system.The research on the mechanism of the action of Semaphorins signaling molecules in immune regulation is still in its infancy.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of immine-related Semaphorins proteins on regulating T lymphocyte function.
