民国警政期刊中的警察勤务

摘　　要：民国时期一些警政期刊的刊载内容反映了当时警察勤务制度的施行细节,由此管窥警察勤务制度的配置方式、组织原则、职能分配,可以了解民国时期警察勤务的区域划分、组织配置和重点布防。最大限度地提高警务效能、最大限度地增加管控面,是警察勤务制度的本质追求。对这一制度的建立初衷进行探寻思考,目的是遵循贴近实际、突出实效的原则,思考如何推进当代警察勤务自动化组织水平,提高其对社会面进行精准管控的智能化程度。The contents of some police journals during the republic of China reflected the details of the police service system at that time,from which we can see how the police service system was configured,how it was organized,and how its functions were assigned.We can understand the division,organization and key deployment of police service during the republic of China.It is the essential pursuit of this system to maximize police effectiveness and control.The purpose of exploring the original intention of establishing this system is to follow the principle of being close to reality and highlighting practical results,and to consider how to promote the level of automated organization of contemporary police service and improve its intellectualized degree of accurate control over the social aspect.
