摘　　要：中国视野与亚裔美国文学研究在反文化霸权和东方主义偏见、多元化的民族文化对话等方面的诸多切合点,使两者具有了互释效果。“调和五味”儒家传统这一特有饮食、审美、文化概念转化为亚裔美国文学书写后获得了审美、文化等多重增值效果,华裔作家借助特色饮食文化成功融入美国主流文学。在亚裔美国文学的“边缘崛起”中,饮食书写具有重要意义。The Chinese perspective and Asian American literary study have many similarities in anticultural hegemony,Orientalism prejudice,pluralistic national cultural dialogue and other aspects,so that the two have mutual interpretation effect.“Harmonizing the five tastes”is a unique concept of food,aesthetics and culture in Chinese traditional culture.These cultural resources are used by asianamerican literature writers,with multiple value-added effects such as aesthetics and culture.Chinese American writers integrate into the mainstream literature of the United States with the help of Chinese food culture.In the“marginal rise”of Asian American literature,diet writing is of great significance.
