摘 要:以铵盐溶液为吸收剂处理硫酸装置尾气中的SO 2、SO 3等含硫污染物,脱硫达标后排放,工艺技术成熟可靠。阐述了脱硫后的气体中有氨存在,可根据平衡分压计算氨的含量,在此基础上再计算排放气体中的氨含量理论值。介绍了计算的方法和过程,并举例演算。以供评估对环境影响的程度及分析工艺、参数确定的合理性,便于采取措施调整及优化。还介绍了有关企业铵盐脱硫后排放气体中的氨含量实际值。在正常运行的情况下,排放气体中的氨含量,理论计算值及实际值均仅有微量,符合标准的要求,不致引起二次污染,并降低了氨的消耗。探讨了控制排放气体中氨含量的措施。Ammonium salt is used as absorbent to treat sulfur-containing pollutants in the tailgas from the sulfuric acid plant,such as SO 2,SO 3,till it meets desulfurization standards before emission.The process technology is well established and proven.It is outlined that there is ammonia in the gas after desulfurization,the ammonia content can be calculated based on equilibrium partial pressure,based on which the theoretical value of ammonia content in the gas emission can be calculated.The calculation method and process are presented,and demonstrative calculation is provided to evaluate the degree of environmental impact,and to analyze the feasibility of process,and to determine parameter,to help define adjustment measures and optimization.The actual value of ammonia content in gas emission after desulfurization using ammonia salt by the producers is also presented.Under normal operation,both the theoretical calculation and actual value indicate trace amount of ammonia content in the gas emission,which meets the standard requirements and will not cause secondary pollution,and the ammonia consumption is reduced.The measures to control ammonia content in the gas emission are studied.
