摘　　要：酸性气燃烧炉是硫磺回收装置的关键设备之一,其操作参数控制是关系到Claus工艺硫回收率的关键环节。介绍了酸性气燃烧炉控制方案,包括比值控制系统、串级控制系统、比值分析仪的工作原理及安装注意事项,以及安全联锁逻辑。The sour gas burner is one of the key equipment in sulfur recovery unit,and the control of its operating parameters is a key step for the sulfur recovery rate by Claus process.The control scheme for the sour gas burner is presented,including the working principle and installation considerations for ratio control system,cascade control system,ratio analyzer,and the safety interlocking logic.
