摘　　要：合格共产党员是中国共产党鲜活富有生命力的肌体细胞,毛泽东对共产党员的要求极其严格,围绕共产党员标准的根本原则、重要保障、突出优势,对共产党员要坚持共产主义信念,遵循党内纪律,发挥先锋模范作用三个方面进行阐述。在中国共产党近百年的历程中,她根据自身地位和形势任务的变化,不断严格和丰富共产党员标准的内容。因此,新时代下学习毛泽东关于共产党员标准的要求对今后正确吸收新党员、保持党的健康发展仍然具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。The qualified Communist Party members are the fresh and vital body cells of the Communist Party of China. Mao Zedong’s requirements for the Communist Party members are extremely strict. Focusing on the fundamental principles, important guarantees and outstanding advantages of the Communist Party standards, the article expounds the three aspects of the Communist Party members: adhering to the communist faith, following the discipline of the party, and playing the role of vanguard and model. In the course of nearly one hundred years of the Communist Party of China, according to her own status and the changes of the situation and task, she has been constantly strict with and enriched the contents of the standards of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, it is still of great theoretical and practical significance to study Mao Zedong’s requirements on the standards of Party members in the new era for the correct absorption of new party members and the healthy development of the party in the future.
