摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,对出行的便捷也有了新的要求,汽车的数量逐年增多,地下停车库的需求也供不应求,因此地下停车库施工质量的好坏,时刻影响着人们的生活,所以人们对地下停车库施工质量的要求也越来越高,地下室防渗漏也就成为人们广泛关注的焦点。建筑行业中的地下室防渗漏技术是对地下室施工质量影响非常大的因素之一,结合实例,对地下室建筑施工防渗漏技术进行分析,希望对地下室的施工质量起到一定帮助。With the continuous development of social economy,people's demand for quality of life is getting higher and higher,and the convenience of traveling has new requirements.The number of cars is increasing year by year,and the demand for underground parking garage is in short supply.Therefore,the quality of underground parking garage construction always affects people's life,so people's demand for the quality of underground parking garage construction is getting higher and higher.The basement seepage prevention has become the focus of widespread concern.Basement anti-seepage technology in construction industry is one of the most important factors affecting basement construction quality.Combining with practical examples,this paper analyses basement construction anti-seepage technology,hoping to play a certain role in basement construction quality.
