摘  要:随着我国大中型城市的经济发展和人口激增,城市中心区的电力需求在不断增长,使得深入市中心的变电站越来越多,而在城市中心建设变电站,不仅难以解决选址和占地的问题,同时还要满足消防、噪声等方面的严苛要求,城区建站仍面临着很大的困难。110 kVGIS变电站因具有较高的土地利用率,同时合理的规划建设又能起到改善城市景观、优化城市环境的作用,已逐渐成为城市电网建设的发展趋势。为规范安徽省110 kV GIS变电站的规划设计,使其达到供电安全可靠、技术先进、造价合理和运行维护方便的目的,国家电网公司发布了《通用设计》,规范了GIS变电站的发展。With the rapid economic development and population growth of large and medium-sized cities in China,the demand for electricity in urban central areas is increasing,which makes more and more substations going deep into urban centers.It is difficult to build substations in urban centers not only to solve the problem of site selection and land occupation,but also to meet the stringent requirements of fire protection,noise and other aspects.Urban station construction is still facing great difficulties.The 110 kV GIS substation has become the development trend of urban power grid construction because of its high land use rate and the function of improving urban landscape and optimizing urban environment after reasonable planning and construction.In order to standardize the planning and design of 110 kV GIS substation in Anhui Province,so as to achieve the goal of safe and reliable power supply,advanced technology,reasonable cost and convenient operation and maintenance,State Grid Corporation issued"General Design"to standardize the development of GIS substation.
