摘 要:沥青混合料摊铺作业作为道路沥青混合料路面最主要的施工工序之一,直接关系到道路工程的最终成品质量和行驶舒适性。而在传统的摊铺作业中,常需要测量人员提前放桩挂线或者架设铝梁来给机上的操作手提供参照物,同时需要多名人员实时观察摊铺状态并人为调整机器姿态。由此引起施工误差会引起路面的高程、厚度、平整度等方面出现质量问题,从而造成较大经济损失和工期的延误。主要介绍利用先进数字化控制技术,开发出无需测量人员前期人工放桩和作业期间人为调整的数字化摊铺控制方法,直接通过数字化电子设备根据设计数据实现摊铺过程中对高程,厚度和坡度的精准控制,满足规范对于施工质量验收的要求。Asphalt mixture paving operation is one of the most important construction procedures for road asphalt mixture pavement,which is directly related to the final product quality and driving comfort of road engineering.In traditional paving operations,it is often necessary for the survey or to lay the pile line or erect the aluminum beam in advance to provide reference for the operator on the machine.At the same time,multiple personnel are required to observe the paving status in real time and manually adjust the machine attitude.As a result,construction errors may cause quality problems in the elevation,thickness,and flatness of the road surface,resulting in large economic losses and delays in construction period.Mainly introduces the use of advanced digital control technology to develop a digital paving control method that does not require the measurement personnel to manually lay piles and manually adjust during the operation.It directly realizes the accuracy of elevation,thickness and slope in the paving process according to the design data through digital electronic equipment.Control to meet the requirements of the specification for construction quality acceptance.
