摘　　要：高强钢在焊接过程中因受到人、机器、材料、方法及环境等各方面因素的影响,会产生夹渣、未焊透、裂纹、气孔等缺陷,缺陷的返修容易造成应力集中、范围扩大、不彻底等不良后果,对后续设备的安全稳定运行埋下隐患,文章针对性地介绍了高强钢焊缝返修的过程控制工艺及操作措施,以期有效提高一次返修合格率。Due to the influence of human,machine,material,method and environment in the welding process of high strength steel,there will be defects such as slag inclusion,unwelded penetration,crack,porosity and so on.The repair of defects is easy to cause adverse consequences such as stress concentration,range expansion,incomplete and so on,and the hidden dangers are buried for the safe and stable operation of follow-up equipment.This paper introduces the process control technology and operation measures of weld repair of high strength steel.The qualified rate of one return repair is high.
