独立学院大学生就业观念“双向引导”教育模式探究

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,大学生的就业形势愈发严峻,特别是对于独立学院的大学生来说,树立正确的就业观,客观地看待和分析就业环境,做出合理的选择显得尤为重要。而大学生就业观的树立是高校学生工作,尤其是就业工作的重要参考。针对独立学院大学生的就业观念树立,本文探索以"双向引导"教育模式开展工作,即围绕"课内教育"与"课外实践"等两个方向开展,达到正向引导在校学生就业观念的效果。With the development of society,the employment situation of college students has become more and more serious.Especially for students in independent colleges,it is especially important to establish a correct employment concept,objectively treat and analyze the employment environment,and make reasonable choices.The establishment of the employment concept of college students is an important reference for student work,especially employment work in colleges and universities.In view of the establishment of the employment concept of students in independent colleges,this paper explores the"two-way guidance"education model,which is carried out in such two directions as"in-class education"and"extracurricular practice",in order to positively guide the employment concept of students in independent colleges.
