摘　　要：自行设计制作液位计清洗小车专门用于磁浮子液位计和射频导纳式液位计的清洗,利用增压泵将水箱的水进行增压,通过喷嘴射出高压水雾,对液位计内部管壁、浮子及探杆进行冲洗。相比于传统的依靠人员从液位计顶部灌液或拆卸液位计下法兰2种方式清洗,利用该装置清洗效果彻底、风险降低、减轻维保人员工作量,效率大为提升。此装置设计简单,成本较低,对于广泛使用磁浮子和射频导纳式液位计作为物位计量的海洋石油平台和石化企业,具有一定的推广价值。A liquid level gauge cleaning trolley was self-designed and manufactured for cleaning magnetic float level gauge and radio-frequency admittance level gauge.The water in the water tank is pressurized by a booster pump,and a highpressure water mist is sprayed through the nozzle to flush the inner wall of the level gauge,the float and the probe.Compared with the traditional manual cleaning methods of filling the liquid from the top of the level gauge or removing the lower flange of the level gauge,the cleaning effect of this device is thorough,the risk is reduced,the workload of maintenance personnel is reduced,and the efficiency is greatly improved.This device is simple in design and low in cost.It has high promotion value for offshore oil platforms and petrochemical enterprises that widely use magnetic float level gauges and radiofrequency admittance level gauges as level measurement.
