摘  要:电动潜油螺杆泵在刘官庄油田实现了稠油冷采和难采储量的效益动用。刘官庄油田井产液粘度高,单井产液低,井筒流动阻力大,主体采用抽油机有杆泵配套电加热工艺生产,系统运行能耗高,单井年耗电达到35万度,面临着高粘稠油井长效生产和节能降耗的技术需求。通过综合比选,优化应用电动潜油螺杆泵采油技术,研究建立了考虑井筒温度场分布的高粘流体管流摩阻计算模型,实现了原油粘度25400 mPa s无辅助降粘措施稠油冷采,大幅度降低了运行能耗,平均节电率达到92%。通过在稠油区块规模推广应用,取得了“提质增效、降本降耗”的突出成效,为稠油难采区块的效益开发动用和复杂井况油井的工艺配套提供了有效的技术途径。The application of electric submersible progressing cavity pump in heavy oil well of Liuguanzhuang Oilfield has realized the benefit production of heavy oil cold recovery and difficult recovery reserves.The oilfield has high well fluid viscosity,low single well fluid production and high wellbore flow resistance.The main body adopts sucker rod pump and electric heating process.The energy consumption of the system is high,and the annual power consumption of single well reaches 350000 degrees.It is faced with the technical requirements of long-term production and energy saving and consumption reduction of high viscous heavy oil wells.Through comprehensive comparison and selection,the electric submersible progressing cavity pump oil recovery technology is optimized and applied.The calculation model of pipe flow friction of high viscosity fluid with the distribution of temperature field in the wellbore was established,and the cold recovery of heavy oil without auxiliary viscosity reduction measures of 25400 mPa s crude oil viscosity was achieved,which greatly reduced the operation energy consumption.The average power saving rate reached 92%.Through the promotion and application in heavy oil blocks,the outstanding results of"improving quality and increasing efficiency,reducing cost and reducing consumption"were achieved.It provides an effective technical way for the benefit development and production of heavy oil blocks and the matching technology of oil wells with complex well conditions.
