摘  要:通过丁醛一步法制备丁酸丁酯工艺,反应结束后需及时使催化剂失活,以减少副反应的发生,从而提高丁酸丁酯选择性与纯度,降低分离难度与能耗。以该工艺所用催化剂为研究对象,考察了温度与去离子水对催化剂活性的影响,找到一种经济可行的使催化剂失活的方法。The preparation of butyl butyrate by butyraldehyde one-step process requires timely deactivation of the catalyst after the reaction to reduce the occurrence of side reactions,thereby improving the selectivity and purity of butyl butyrate,and reducing the separation difficulty and energy consumption.Taking the catalyst used in the process as the research object,the influence of temperature and deionized water on the activity of catalyst was studied,and an economical and feasible method to deactivate catalyst was found.
