对外科患儿及其家长实施综合护理的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对外科患儿及其家长实施综合护理的临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市儿童医院外科二病房就诊的80例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例采取综合护理,比较两组患二家属护理后的焦虑程度。结果试验组与对照组护理前SAS、SDS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者护理后SAS、SDS均优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后SAS、SDS值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外科患儿家属采取综合护理,降低外科患儿家属的焦虑情况,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing care for children with surgery and their parents.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian children's hospital of 80 cases of patients 2 ward,were randomly divided into trial group and control group,control group 40 cases take routine nursing care,experimental group 40 cases take comprehensive care,compared two groups of families with secondary level of anxiety in the after care.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS between the experimental group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05).SAS and SDS were superior to those before nursing in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS values of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care was adopted for the families of children with surgery to reduce their anxiety,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
