Objective To observe the nursing effect of detailed nursing intervention on patients with bladder cancer after operation. Methods 70 cases of bladder cancer treated in the Department of Urology of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method and 35 cases in the control group. The routine nursing intervention was used and 35 cases in the experimental group were used in the control group. The nursing intervention in the control group was observed in the two groups.Quality of life score and incidence of infection before and after nursing. Results The outcome of nursing intervention:(1)the QOLS score of the control group was(27.9±5.7),the test group was(37.2±5.3),and the incidence of postoperative infection in the control group was 11.4%,the experimental group was 0%,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing intervention in patients with bladder cancer can effectively improve the patient's pain, dysuria and other clinical symptoms to improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, the clinical effect is excellent, worthy of promotion.
