托伐普坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并低钠血症心力衰竭患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的测定托伐普坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并低钠血症心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月来就诊的符合本临床观察的心力衰竭患者共52例。分为2组,对照组和观察组,分别为25例和27例,对照组25例患者仅口服治疗药物托伐普坦片,观察组患者则联合口服氨氯地平,对两组患者疗效和服用后的不良反应等进行临床观察。结果两组在改善心肌功能方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。而不良反应方面,观察组则明显低于对照组则,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论托伐普坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并低钠血症心力衰竭患者的临床用药对患者心肌功能改善更明显,发生不良反应的概率更低,更有利于患者的预后。Objective To determine the clinical efficacy of Tofaptan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with hyponatremia.Methods 52 patients with heart failure who came to the clinic from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected.It was divided into 2 groups,namely control group and observation group,respectively,25 cases and 27 cases.In the control group,25 patients were treated orally only with the drug Tofaptan.In the observation group,the patients were combined with oral administration of amlodipine.The clinical observation was made on the curative effect of the two groups of patients and the adverse reactions after the two groups were taken.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In improving myocardial function.On the side,the incidence rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with hypertension combined with hyponatremia with amlodipine is more obvious to improve cardiac muscle function,and the probability of adverse reactions is lower.
