摘　　要：目的研究分析颈椎病合并心脏、脑症状和内在联系与临床意义。方法回顾性分析76例颈心脑综合征的临床资料。结果在颈+脑和颈+心+脑76例中,脑症状符合椎-基底动脉系统54例(占71%)符合颈内动脉系统16例,二者兼有6例。结论颈椎病可致心脑损害,相互为害,三者关系密切,错综复杂的病理网络和恶性循环植物性神经失调在各个环节中具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the clinical and clinical significance of cervical spondylosis with heart and brain symptoms.Methods The clinical data of 76 cases of cervical and cardiocerebral syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 76 cases of neck+brain and neck+heart+brain,54 cases of cerebral symptoms were consistent with vertebral-basal artery system(71%),16 cases of internal carotid artery system,and 6 cases of both.Conclusion Cervical spondylosis can cause heart and brain damage and mutual harm.The three are closely related.The intricate pathological network and vicious circulating plant neurological disorders play an important role in all links.
