摘  要:针对高速永磁同步电机的永磁体与护套在高速工况下受到较大的离心力,可能会发生永磁体断裂,护套形变过大等导致电机故障的问题.以200kW、15 000r/min高速永磁同步电动机为例,针对表贴式,轴径向分块式永磁体与奥氏体不锈钢护套配合设计的结构,建立了高速永磁同步电机的机械应力场的数学模型,研究了额定转速15 000r/min时高速永磁同步电动机的护套和永磁体应力的分布规律,并确定了护套和永磁体应力的安全阀值.在此基础上,建立了瞬态电磁场对电机的损耗进行了理论计算,将理论值代入到三维稳态温度场中,确定了不同护套厚度对电机内的定转子温度分布的影响,并进行了实验验证,结果表明:高速永磁同步电机设计中,奥氏体不锈钢护套厚度的选择需要综合考虑其电磁损耗、温升变化与应力安全的影响.Permanent magnet and sleeve of High-Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(HS-PMSM)bear large centrifugal force under the high-speed working condition,so that the permanent magnet may be broken,and the sleeve may get large deformation,which may cause the motor to malfunction.Taking the 200kW,15000r/min HS-PMSM as an example,the mod-el of mechanical stress field of HS-PMSM is established for the structure of surface-mounting,axial radial block permanent magnet and austenitic stainless steel sleeve.The mathematical model of the field is used to study the distribution law of the sleeve and permanent magnet stress of the HS-PMSM at rated speed of 15000r/min,and the safety thresholds of the sleeve and perma-nent magnet stress are determined.On this basis,the transient electromagnetic field is established to calculate the loss of the motor.The theoretically calculated loss value is plugged into the three-dimensional steady-state temperature field,and the impact of thickness of sleeve on temperature distribution of stator and rotor in the motor is determined.Through experiment,the validity of the model is verified.Results show that in the design of HS-PMSM,the choice of austenitic stainless steel sleeve thickness needs to consider the effects of electromagnetic loss,temperature rise and stress safety.
