摘 要:探讨CO2在稠油油藏中的扩散传质规律及影响因素。通过分析CO2在饱和稠油岩心中的扩散过程,建立了物理模型及数学模型;并将其与CO2状态方程进行耦合,建立了求解扩散系数的压降模型,利用该模型拟合实验数据,求得扩散系数;利用该结果及实验条件,进行扩散过程的仿真模拟。结果表明,CO2在饱和稠油岩心中扩散系数的数量级为10-10,契合已有研究结果;此外,孔隙直径、稠油与CO2的接触面积等因素影响CO2在饱和稠油岩心中的扩散特征。利用压降模型拟合实验数据的方法可有效求取CO2在饱和稠油岩心中的扩散系数,且仿真模拟可实现扩散过程的可视化及因素分析。The mass transfer of CO2 in heavy oil reservoirs plays an important role in CO2 injection enhanced oil recovery(EOR)and this paper mainly deals with the influence factors and regularity of mass transfer of CO2 in heavy oil reservoirs.On the basis of analysis of diffusion process of CO2 in heavy oil cores,a physical and mathematical model is established and coupled with the CO2 equation of state so as to set up the pressure drop model for solving diffusion coefficient.The established model is used to fit the experimental data and obtain the diffusion coefficient;and the obtained result and experimental conditions are applied to the analogue simulation of diffusion process.It shows that the magnitude of diffusion coefficient of CO2 in porous media saturated by heavy oil is 10-10,which matches with the results of previous study.Also,the size of pores and contact area between CO2 and heavy oil play a role in affecting the diffusion characteristics of CO2 in porous media saturated by heavy oil.It proves that the method of fitting experimental data with pressure decay model can effectively calculate the diffusion coefficient of CO2 in porous media saturated by heavy oil and the analogue simulation can achieve the purposes of visualization of diffusion process and factor analysis.
