摘  要:以硝酸铁、乙酸镁为前驱体,SBA-15分子筛为载体制备了Mg/Fe-SBA-15分子筛,用于催化苯与氯苄合成二苯甲烷,采用X射线衍射、氮气吸附脱附对催化剂进行了结构表征。实验结果表明:MgO、Fe2O3负载到SBA-15分子筛上,催化剂仍然保持SBA-15分子筛的六方介孔结构;在反应温度60℃、催化剂用量为氯苄质量的2.5%、反应时间15 min、n(苯)∶n(氯苄)=4∶1的条件下,氯苄转化率100%,二苯基甲烷产率77.7%;催化剂重复使用4次,活性和选择性无明显降低。The ferricnitrate and magnesiumacetate were used as the precursor,and the SBA-15 molecular sieve was used as the carrier to synthesize Mg/Fe-SBA-15 molecularsieve.Mg/Fe-SBA-15 molecular sieveis was used to catalyze the synthesis of diphenylmethane from benzene and benzyl chloride.The structural properties of the catalyst were characterized by X-raydiffraction(XRD)and nitrogen adsorption desorption(BET).The results showed that MgO and Fe 2O 3 load onto SBA-15 molecular sieve.The catalyst still maintains the hexagonal mesoporous structure of SBA-15 molecular sieve.The optimum conditions for the reaction are a reaction temperature of 60℃,a catalyst content of 2.5%of the mass of benzyl chloride,a reaction time of 15 min,and a molar ratio of benzene to benzyl chloride n(benzene)∶n(benzyl chloride)=4∶1.The conversion of benzyl chloride reaches 100%and the yield of diphenylmethane reaches 77.7%;After repeated use of the catalyst for 4 times,the activity and selectivity are not significantly reduced,and the structure has good structural stability.
