摘 要:通过转移甲基化反应合成2,6-二甲基萘,考察了催化剂种类、离子液体催化剂用量、原料种类、转移甲基化试剂种类以及反应温度对2,6-二甲基萘选择性和收率的影响。以β-甲基萘为原料,Et 3NHCl-AlCl 3离子液体催化剂和反应原料摩尔比为1∶1,反应温度为40℃时,2,6-二甲基萘收率为39.2%。The 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene was synthesized by transmethylation reaction.The effects of reaction conditions on the selectivity and yield of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene were investigated,including the type of catalyst,the amount of ionic liquid catalyst,the kind of raw materials,the type of transfer methylation reagent and the reaction temperature.When takingβ-methylnaphthalene as raw material,the molar ratio of Et 3NHCl-AlCl 3 ionic liquid catalyst to reaction raw material is 1∶1,and the reaction temperature is 40℃,the maximum yield of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene is 39.2%.
