摘 要:结合行星式球磨机,采用机械化学法制备Ni-Al2O3催化剂,考察磨球尺寸对Ni-Al2O3催化剂晶相结构、还原特征和1,4-丁炔二醇催化加氢性能的影响。采用PSD、EDX、XRD、H 2-TPR、BET、TEM、NH 3-TPD等对催化剂进行了物化结构表征。结果表明,试样MC6.0(大球,直径6.0 mm)具有优异的催化反应性能,1,4-丁炔二醇转化率较高,为25.47%;1,4-丁烯二醇选择性好,为87.88%,收率高达22.39%,这与该催化剂β2峰面积较大和活性组分Ni负载量(28.48%)超过理论负载量(20%)有关联。Ni-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by mechanical chemical method in combination with planetary ball milling machine.Effect of milling time on the crystal structure,reduction characteristics and catalytic hydrogenation performance of Ni-Al2O3 catalyst for 1,4-Butynediol to produce 1,4-butanediol were investigated.The catalysts were characterized by PSD,EDX,XRD,H 2-TPR,BET,TEM,NH 3-TPD methods.Results showed that the sample MC6.0(big ball,diameter 6.0 mm)performed excellent performance,the BYD conversion rate reaches a higher value of 25.47%;the BED selectivity is well,which is 87.88%,and the yield of 22.39%,which might derived from the high Ni loading(28.48%,exceeding the theoretical value(20%)),the more active centers,and presented a largeβ2 peak area.
