摘 要:针对油藏渗透率高、高矿化度的问题,以植物胶改性聚合物为凝胶骨架,无机聚合物为主剂,交联剂、交联调控剂为助剂,复配制备了新型复合凝胶堵水调剖剂。正交实验结果表明:最优配方为无机聚合物浓度为8%、交联调控剂浓度为4%、植物胶改性聚合物浓度为0.3%、交联剂浓度为0.3%,按照最优配方制备的新型复合凝胶堵水调剖剂强度好,填砂管模拟实验表明复合凝胶封堵率达到97%以上。For the problem of high reservoir permeability,high salinity,a novel composite gel water blocking profile control agent were prepared with the plant glue modified polymer as the gel skeleton,the inorganic polymer as the main agent,and a certain ratio the crosslinking agent and the crosslinking regulator.The optimum conditions were obtained such as the concentration of inorganic polymer was 8%,the concentration of cross-linking regulator was 4%,the concentration of vegetable gum modified polymer was 0.3%,the concentration of cross-linking agent was 0.3%,and a new gel was prepared according to the optimal formula and evaluated.The agent had good strength and the simulation experiment of sand filling tube shows that the blocking rate of composite gel is over 97%.
