摘 要:采用EDTA-Fe^2+配合物催化H2O2对滑溜水减阻剂EM50进行氧化降黏以利于混凝处理。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法(RSM)对初始pH值n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)、Fe^2+加量3个主要因子的最佳水平及其交互作用进行研究与探讨。结果表明,在φ(H2O2)=0.5%时,影响催化氧化降黏的主次因素依次为:Fe^2+投加量、初始pH值、n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+);三因素中,初始pH值与n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)两个因素的交互作用显著;根据模型所预测的最优条件为pH=6.8、n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)=1∶1,c(Fe^2+)=0.27 mmol/L。在此条件下,降黏率平均值为81.85%,与模型预测值相对偏差为2.72%,说明建立的模型切实可行。降黏后进行混凝处理,压裂返排液中的SS及COD去除率分别为93.52%和91.31%。EM50 used in the slickwater as drag reduction agents(DRA)was treated with H2O2 catalyzed by EDTA-Fe 2+in order to reduce its viscosity and facilitate coagulation treatment.On the basis of single-factor design,response surface methodology(RSM)were used to research the best level and mutual effect of initial pH,n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)、Fe^2+dosage affected on viscosity-reducing rate.The results showed that inφ(H2O2)=0.5%,the order of three influencing factors on the viscosity-reducing rate is Fe^2+dosage、initial pH、n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+).Among these factors,Interaction between pH and n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)had a signifigant impact on the viscosity-reducing efficiency.the predicted optimal conditions was obtained as follows:pH=6.8、n(EDTA)∶n(Fe^2+)=1∶1 and c(Fe^2+)=0.27 mmol/L.Under this conditions,the average viscosity-reducing rate was 81.85%,which is compared with resulting in a final response,the relative deviation to the predicted value was 2.72%,indicating that the model was reliable and accurate.When being treated using chemical coagulation after viscosity reducing,the removal rates of SS and COD in fracturing fluid recovery were 93.52%and 91.31%,respectively.
