焦化液化气脱硫醇工艺及装置升级方案研究

摘　　要：分析了焦化液化气中硫化物的类型,比较了各种脱硫醇工艺的利弊,结合中国石化天津分公司焦化液化气脱硫醇装置采用的纤维膜脱硫醇工艺,对脱硫醇装置的概况、运行和改造情况进行了详细地介绍和总结,并针对目前面临的新问题,即焦化液化气脱硫醇后不能满足烷基化装置进料要求,提出了建设性的改造方案。Types of sulfide in coking gas are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of sweetening technology are compared.Combined with the fiber film sweetening process adopted by the coking liquefied gas sweetener in Tianjin branch,the situation,operation and reconstruction of sweetener are introduced and summarized in detail.Also,aiming at new problems that the coking liquefied gas after sweetening cannot meet the feed requirements of the alkylation unit,the constructive reconstruction project is put forward.
