摘 要:正丁醇和氯苯常压下会形成二元最低共沸物。以苯乙酮为萃取剂,采用分壁式萃取精馏和传统双塔萃取精馏对正丁醇-氯苯共沸物进行分离模拟研究。两种分离方法均可实现二者的有效分离,分壁式萃取精馏流程得到的正丁醇和氯苯质量分数分别为99.94%和99.92%。和传统双塔萃取精馏相比,分壁式萃取精馏冷凝器热负荷降低6.86%,再沸器热负荷降低4.14%,在实现高纯度分离的同时实现了有效节能。The lowest binary azeotrope can be formed between n-butanol and chlorobenzene at atmospheric pressure.Acetophenone was used as extractive agent to simulate the separation of the azeotrope by dividing wall extractive distillation process and traditional two-column extractive distillation process.Both separation methods can achieve effective separation.The mass fractions of n-butanol and chlorobenzene obtained by the dividing wall extractive distillation process are 99.94% and 99.92%,respectively.Compared with the traditional two-column extractive distillation process,energy saving of condenser and reboiler by dividing wall extractive distillation process is 6.86%and 4.14%,respectively.High purity separation is realized and energy saving is realized effectively.
