摘  要:肠道干细胞是小肠上皮程序性更新的源泉,其为肠上皮功能细胞的产生提供动力,进而实现肠道的屏障功能、吸收功能、免疫功能和内分泌功能等。同时肠道损伤后修复,即上皮再生过程,也是源于肠道干细胞的驱动。Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路是肠道干细胞命运决定的关键控制开关之一,能调节肠道干细胞的增殖和分化进程,维持肠道上皮细胞的有序结构和肠道内稳态。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号在肠上皮更新和再生过程中的作用及调控机制作一综述,旨在为新型饲料添加剂的开发以及畜禽肠道健康管理提供依据。Intestinal stem cells are the source of programmed renewal of small intestinal epithelium,which drive the generation of intestinal epithelial functional cells,and further realize the functions of barrier,absorption,immune and endocrine in the intestine.Meanwhile,intestinal repair after injury,namely epithelial regeneration,is also driven by intestinal stem cells.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is one of the key control switches for the fate of intestinal stem cells,which can regulate their proliferation and differentiation,and maintains the ordered structure of intestinal epithelial cells and intestinal homeostasis.This paper reviews the mechanisms of Wnt/β-catenin signaling regulation in the process of intestinal epithelial renewal and regeneration,aiming to provide basis for the development of new feed additives and intestinal health management of livestock.
