发酵全混合日粮对崂山奶山羊泌乳性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究新鲜全株玉米型发酵全混合日粮对崂山奶山羊泌乳性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用健康、体重(58.40±2.25)kg、产奶量(2.01±0.45)kg/d的2胎崂山奶山羊30只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只羊。试验组饲喂含水率为45%的全株玉米型发酵全混合日粮,对照组饲喂营养成分一致的青贮玉米型全混合日粮。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:试验组干物质采食量(DMI)、产奶量、4%标准乳产量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率和非脂固形物含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗蛋白质(CP)和无氮浸出物(NFE)表观消化率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLOB)、葡萄糖(GLU)和甘油三酯(TG)含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,与青贮玉米型全混合日粮相比,饲喂全株玉米型发酵全混合日粮可提高崂山奶山羊的DMI、产奶量、4%标准乳产量和DM、NDF的表观消化率,并降低血清UN含量。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented total mixed ration on lactation performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of Laoshan dairy goats.Thirty healthy second fetus Laoshan dairy goats with body weight of(58.40±2.25)kg and milk yield of(2.01±0.45)kg/d were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 goats in each replicate.The experimental group was fed a whole planted corn fermented total mixed ration with the moisture content of 45%,and the control group was fed a silage corn total mixed ration with consistent nutrient composition.The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:the dry matter intake(DMI),milk yield and 4% standard milk yield of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,lactose percentage and non-fat solid content were no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF),crude protein(CP)and nitrogen-free extract(NFE)was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The serum urea nitrogen(UN)content of experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of total cholesterol(TC),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLOB),glucose(GLU)and triglyceride(TG)were no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,compare with the silage corn total mixed ration,feeding whole planted corn fermented total mixed ration can improve the DMI,milk yield,4% standard milk yield and apparent digestibility of DM and NDF of Laoshan dairy goats,and reduce serum UN content.
