摘 要:本试验旨在研究艾蒿水提物(AAE)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激的肉仔鸡小肠黏膜形态的影响。选用1日龄健康爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡96只,随机分为4个处理(每个处理设6个重复,每个重复4只鸡),处理1和2饲喂基础饲粮,处理3和4饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1000 mg/kg AAE的试验饲粮。于试验第14、16、18、20天时,处理2和4肉仔鸡腹腔注射500μg/kg BW LPS溶液,处理1和3肉仔鸡注射等量生理盐水。试验期共21 d。结果表明:当饲粮中不添加AAE(基础饲粮)时,注射LPS的肉仔鸡十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度显著低于注射生理盐水的肉仔鸡(P<0.05),但饲粮中添加AAE可缓解因LPS引起的肉仔鸡绒毛高度的下降,且AAE与LPS存在显著互作效应(P<0.05);而各处理间回肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及绒毛高度/隐窝深度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,AAE可在一定程度上缓解LPS对肉仔鸡免疫应激所带来的肠黏膜损伤。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Artemisia argyi aqueous extract(AAE)on intestinal mucosal morphology of broilers stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).A total of 96 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments(6 replicates per treatment,4 broilers per replicate).Treatments 1 and 2 were fed a basal diet,and treatments 3 and 4 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1000 mg/kg AAE.On days 14,16,18 and 20,respectively,the broilers in treatments 2 and 4 were intraperitoneally injected with LPS solution at a dose of 500μg/kg BW,and the broilers in treatments 1 and 3 were injected with the same amount of normal saline.The test period was 21 days.The results showed as follows:when no AAE was added in diets,the villus height of duodenum and jejunum of broilers injected with LPS was significantly lower than that of broilers injected with normal saline(P<0.05),but the addition of AAE to the diet alleviated the decrease of villus height caused by LPS,and there was significant interaction between AAE and LPS(P<0.05);but for ileum,there were no significant differences in villus height,crypt depth,and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(P>0.05).The above results suggest that AAE can alleviate the intestinal mucosal damage caused by immune stress in broilers stimulated with LPS to a certain extent.
