摘 要:【目的】研究石灰与Cd^2+复合处理条件下,三七生物量和Cd含量及累积特征。【方法】开展田间小区试验,测定不同石灰施用量[0(CK)、750和1500 kg/hm^2]、Cd^2+(0、0.6、3.0、6.0、9.0和12.0 mg/kg)处理条件下,土壤pH、土壤有效态镉含量、三七生物量、Cd含量等指标。【结果】(1)随石灰施用量的增加,土壤pH升高,土壤中有效态镉含量显著降低。当石灰施用量为1500 kg/hm^2时,与CK相比,有效态镉含量显著降低(P<0.05),降低幅度为9.2%~38.1%。(2)在1500 kg/hm^2石灰和3.0mg/kg Cd^2+处理下,三七主根、茎叶和总生物量分别比CK增加了74.4%、41.4%和31.1%。(3)在Cd^2+为3.0、6.0、9.0和12.0 mg/kg时,施加1500 kg/hm^2石灰与CK相比,主根中Cd含量显著降低了13.0%、5.8%、13.2%和17.6%(P<0.05);在Cd^2+为6.0、9.0、12.0 mg/kg时,施加1500 kg/hm^2石灰与CK处理相比,茎叶中Cd含量显著降低了13.6%、12.4%、20.8%(P<0.05)。【结论】施加石灰可以显著提高土壤pH(P<0.05),降低土壤中有效态镉含量,减少三七对Cd的吸收累积,增加三七生物量。[Purpose]Under the combined application of lime and Cd^2+,the biomass and Cd content of Panax notoginseng and its accumulation characteristics were studied.[Method]The field trials were conducted to determine the soil pH,soil available cadmium content,Cd contents and accumulation characteristics of P.notoginseng under the combined application of lime[0(CK),750 and1500 kg/hm^2]and Cd^2+(0,0.6,3.0,6.0,9.0 and 12.0 mg/kg).[Result](1)With the increase of lime application amount,the contents of available Cd in soil decreased significantly(P<0.05)and pH value increased.When the amount of lime application was 1500 kg/hm^2,the contents of available Cd in soil decreased significantly by 9.2%-38.1%.(2)Under 3 mg/kg Cd^2+treatment and 1500 kg/hm^2 lime application,the biomass of P.notoginseng main root,stem-leaf and total increased by 74.4%,41.4%and31.1%,respectively.(3)When Cd^2+treatment concentration 3.0,6.0,9.0 and 12.0 mg/kg with 1500 kg/hm^2 lime application,the contents of Cd in the main roots were significantly decreased by 13.0%,5.8%,13.2%and 17.6%(P<0.05),compared with the control.When Cd^2+concentration was 6.0,9.0 and 12.0 mg/kg and 1500 kg/hm^2 lime application,the contents of Cd in shoot was significantly decreased by 13.6%,12.4%and 20.8%(P<0.05),respectively,compared with CK.[Conclusion]Lime application could significantly increase soil pH value(P<0.05),decrease the soil available Cd contents and Cd absorption and accumulation in P.notoginseng and increase biomass of P.notoginseng.
