摘  要:针对惯导系统小型化以及大动态、强冲击等恶劣力学环境的使用需求,开展了与惯导系统适配的橡胶减振装置的设计,并提出一种实用的基于橡胶等效动态模量的设计方法。通过理论推导加试验拟合的方法构建了橡胶材料硬度参数和动态弹性模量的等价关系式,建立了适合于工程仿真分析的橡胶减振装置数学模型,在此基础上提出橡胶减振装置设计方法。该方法改变了传统橡胶减振装置试制-试验-改进的设计流程,直接通过三维结构模型模拟出对应力学环境下系统的真实响应数值解。通过与试验结果对比,仿真值与试验值符合精度大于80%,验证了该模型及设计方法具有精度高、可操作性强、求解效率高等优点,对惯导橡胶减振装置的设计具有指导意义。Aiming at the miniaturization of inertial navigation system and its application requirements in harsh mechanical environment such as large dynamic and strong impact,the design of rubber vibration damping device suitable for inertial navigation system is carried out,and a practical design method based on rubber equivalent dynamic modulus is proposed.By theoretical derivation and experimental fitting method,the equivalent relationship between Shore hardness parameters and dynamic elastic modulus of rubber materials is constructed,and the mathematical model of rubber damping device suitable for engineering simulation analysis is established.On this basis,the design method of rubber damping device is put forward.This method changes the trial-test-improved design process of the traditional rubber vibration absorber and directly simulates the real numerical solution of the system response under the corresponding mechanical environment through the 3D structural model.Compared with the experimental results,the coincidence accuracy of the simulation value is greater than 80%,which proves that the model and the design method have the advantages of high precision,strong operability and high efficiency,and have great theoretical guiding significance for the design of inertial rubber damping device.
