摘 要:球磨机工作时,衬板及其提升条受到磨矿介质与物料的跑合冲击作用产生冲击磨损与磨粒磨损,其中提升条的磨损尤为明显。当提升条产生较大程度的磨损时,对介质和物料的提升作用大打折扣,从而使磨机的功耗升高,增加了生产成本。针对4种表面特征(光滑、横向条纹、纵向条纹、凸包)的提升条在磨矿时的粉磨效果进行数值模拟与磨矿试验。对比发现横向条纹耦合仿生结构在4种提升条中的耐磨性和磨矿效果最佳,相比光滑表面特征的提升条,在同等条件下质量损失降低了56%,180μm以下物料产率提升了17.8%。When the ball mill is working,the liner and its lifting bar are subjected to impact wear and abrasive wear by the impact of the grinding medium and the material,and the wear of the lifting bar is particularly obvious.When the lifting bars generate a large degree of wear,the lifting bars greatly reduce the media and lifting of material,thereby increasing the power consumption of the ball mill and increasing the production cost.In the paper,the numerical simulation and grinding experiments were carried out on the grinding effects of four kinds of surface features such as smooth,horizontal bar,vertical bar and convex hulls.It is found that the horizontal bar-coupled bionic structure has the best wear resistance and grinding effect in the four kinds of lifting bars.Compared with smooth surface features,the mass loss is reduced by56% under the same conditions,and 180μm material yield increased by 17.8%.
