摘  要:研究分散处理后的多壁碳纳米管对水泥净浆材料的电学性能和力学性能影响。试验结果表明:多壁碳纳米管水泥净浆材料的电阻率随着测试频率的升高而降低,随养护时间的增长而增大。当多壁碳纳米管分散均匀时,电阻率随掺量的增加而减小,两者呈良好的相关性;当分散不均匀时,电阻率随多壁碳纳米管掺量变化不确定,呈现离散性。在低掺量条件下,当多壁碳纳米管在水泥净浆分散均匀时,多壁碳纳米管能提高水泥净浆的抗压强度和抗折强度,且提高幅度随多壁碳纳米管掺量增加而增大;而当多壁碳纳米管分散不均匀时,掺入多壁碳纳米管会削弱水泥净浆的抗折强度和抗压强度,其力学性能与多壁碳纳米管掺入量之间关系呈不确定性。The effects of dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)on the electrical and mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that the resistivity of cement paste with MWCNTs decreased with the increase of testing frequency,and increased with the increase of curing age;when the MWCNTs were uniformly dispersed,the resistivity decreased with the increase of the MWCNTs content,and showing a good correlation;the resistivity changed irregularly with the content of nonuniformly dispersed MWCNTs,which was discrete.The lower content of MWCNTs could improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of the cement paste when the MWCNTs were uniformly dispersed,and it became more and more significant with the increase of MWCNTs content.However,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement paste could be weaken by the addition of unevenly dispersed MWCNTs,and the relationship between the mechanical properties and the content of MWCNTs was undetermined.
