摘 要:腹板无加劲肋的冷弯薄壁型钢构件在横向集中荷载或反力作用时极易发生压屈失效。对24个由自攻自钻螺钉连接的冷弯薄壁型钢双肢拼合Ⅰ形截面构件在跨中双翼缘(ITF)荷载条件下的腹板压屈性能进行试验研究。结果表明:C形槽钢拼合试件比Ⅰ形槽钢拼合试件的承载力更高、延性更好;腹板中线上布置的自攻螺钉是引起试件整体性能削弱的主导因素。Cold-formed thin-walled steel members with no stiffeners on the web are prone to buckling when subjected to lateral concentrated loads or reaction forces. The web buckling behavior of 24 cold-formed thin-walled steel doublelimb Ⅰ-section members connected by self-tapping screws was studied under the interior two flange (ITF) loading condition. The test results showed that the C-shaped channel steel built-up specimens had higher bearing capacity and better ductility than that of the Ⅰ-shaped specimens. The self-tapping screws arranged on the center line of the web played a crucial role in the overall weakening of the specimens.
