摘 要:在已有软钢阻尼器研究基础上,针对适用于装配式剪力墙竖向接缝的阻尼器进行研究。对尺寸为250 mm×400 mm的试件,在其他参数相同的情况下,通过改变开缝方式、弯曲单元宽厚比等参数,对阻尼器进行低周往复加载试验,分析其工作性能。结果表明:开横缝阻尼器的屈服荷载及极限荷载要小于开竖缝的阻尼器,但是开横缝阻尼器的极限位移、延性系数、初始刚度等优于开竖缝的阻尼器,且随着参数的变化,阻尼器性能参数变化幅度较大,可满足装配式剪力墙结构竖缝连接时对阻尼器的各项参数的要求。Based on the existing research of mild steel damper,the paper studied the damper suitable for the vertical joints of prefabricated shear walls,and the quasi-static load experiment was carried out on the specimens with the size of 250 mm×400 mm.Under the same conditions,the working performance was analyzed by changing the parameters such as slotted way and width-to-thickness ratio of bending unit.The results showed that the yield load and ultimate load of the damper with transverse joint were smaller than those of the damper with vertical joint,but the ultimate displacement,dutility coefficient,initial stiffness of the damper with transverse joint were better,and the damper performance varied greatly with the change of parameters.The damper could meet the requirements of prefabricated shear wall structures with vertical joints.
