摘　　要：从融合与创新双视角,对英国拉夫堡大学休闲体育专业建设中的“三大融合”与“四大创新”经验进行剖析,以期为中国休闲体育人才培养及发展提供启示及借鉴。“三大融合”包含理念融合、制度融合和资源融合;“四大创新”囊括科研创新、智库创新、模式创新和引领创新。借鉴英国拉夫堡大学的“三大融合”与“四大创新”,我国休闲体育在专业建设中需转变理念、优化制度、融合资源,从而实现科研智库、齐头并进,模式多元、引领社会的良好态势。The integration of concept,system and resource,the innovation of scientific research,think tank,mode and initiative are the basis for developing the leisure sports management program at Loughborough University in the U.K.The integration of concept involves goal integration and social integration.System integration includes the integration of management system,curriculum setting and training mode.Resource integration refers to the integration of facilities,teachers and organizations.Innovation is achieved through the establishment of research groups,preparation of research institutions,establishment of medical centers and cooperation from other organizations.In view of the above,the Chinese leisuresports management needs to change the concepts,optimize the systems,and integrate the resources so as to be well developed both scientifically and socially.
