摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术经过戊二醛交联制备耐水性PVA/CS纳米纤维,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对结构和形貌进行了分析,检测纳米纤维对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附性能。结果表明,PVA/CS纳米纤维对Cr(Ⅲ)的最佳吸附条件是:在pH=6.0、Cr(Ⅲ)初始质量浓度为75和150 mg/L时,120、240 min后基本达到吸附平衡。在温度为288 K时,PVA/CS纳米纤维对Cr(Ⅲ)的最大吸附量约为31.25 mg/g;当温度升高到318 K时,最大吸附量约为64.34 mg/g。对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir吸附模型,吸附过程具有吸热和自发性特征,循环吸附实验表明PVA/CS纳米纤维具有良好的重复使用性。XPS图谱表明PVA/CS纳米纤维中的N和O共同对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附起作用。The water-stable PVA/CS nanofiber was prepared by the electrospinning technology and cross-linking with glutaraldehyde(GA). The morphologies and structure of nanofiber were characterized by the infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope. The adsorbing property of materials to Cr(Ⅲ) was measured. The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions of PVA/CS nanofibers for Cr(Ⅲ) were that the adsorption equilibrium was basically reached after 120 and 240 min at pH=6.0 and initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅲ) were 75 and 150 mg/L. At the temperature 288 and 318 K, the maximum adsorption amount of PVA/CS nanofibers for Cr(Ⅲ) was about 31.25 mg/g and 64.34 mg/g. The adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ) conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir adsorption model. The adsorption process had the characteristics of endotherm and spontaneity. Cyclic adsorption experiments showed that PVA/CS nanofibers had good reusability. XPS spectra showed that both N and O in PVA/CS nanofibers played an important role in the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ).
