摘 要:采用三乙烯四胺(TETA)改性腈纶纤维作为阴离子助剂合成单宁的吸附剂,探究了吸附温度、pH和氯化钠用量对改性腈纶吸附合成单宁速率的影响,分析了改性腈纶对合成单宁的吸附热力学,并对吸附热力学曲线进行拟合。结果表明,三乙烯四胺改性腈纶纤维在常温条件下可较快地吸附合成单宁,酸性越强吸附速率越快、吸附量越高;吸附最符合Langmuir模型,说明三乙烯四胺改性腈纶与合成单宁之间以离子键结合为主。Triethylenetetramine(TETA) modified acrylic fibers were used as adsorbents for anionic auxiliaries synthetic tannins. The effects of adsorption temperature, pH and the dosage of sodium chloride on synthetic tannin adsorption rate of modified acrylic fiber were researched. The adsorption thermodynamics of modified acrylic fibers for synthetic tannin was analyzed, and the adsorption thermodynamics curve was fitted.The results showed that triethylenetetramine modified acrylic fibers could adsorb synthetic tannin quickly at room temperature. The stronger the acidity, the faster the adsorption rate and the higher the adsorption capacity. Langmuir model was the best fit for adsorption, indicating that ionic bonding was dominant between triethylenetetramine modified acrylic fibers and synthetic tannins.
