摘　　要：文章通过对某大型综合型医院不同类型科室面对面扫码支付使用情况的调查,分析出其使用效果的影响因素,并提出改进建议,为其他医院推行面对面扫码支付提供支持依据。Based on the investigation of the use of face-to-face code scanning payment in different departments of a large comprehensive hospital,the article analyzes the influencing factors of its use effect,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide support for other hospitals to implement face-to-face code scanning payment.
