附子配伍干姜治疗心力衰竭的药理作用及机制研究进展

摘　　要：附子配伍干姜是古今临床常用药对,二者配伍协同发挥回阳救逆、温中散寒的功效。心力衰竭为各种心脏疾病的严重和终末阶段,发病率高,是目前最重要的心血管病之一。现代研究结果发现,附子配伍干姜有明显抗心力衰竭的作用。本研究通过查阅文献,分别从血流动力学、神经内分泌系统、衰竭心脏的代谢性重构、血管内皮细胞、离子通道和心肌细胞凋亡等方面综述附子配伍干姜治疗心力衰竭的药理作用,并对其潜在作用机制进行分析,以期为附子配伍干姜治疗心力衰竭的临床应用提供参考和依据。The compatibility of Aconiti latetralis radix praeparata and Zingiberis rhizome is a common used herb pair since ancient time,which can bring into play the effects of restore Yang and rescuing patient from collapse,warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold.Heart failure is the serious and terminal stage of various heart diseases,with high incidence,which is one of the most important cardiovascular diseases.Modern research found that Aconiti latetralis radix praeparata competible with Zingiberis rhizomeaconite has obvious anti-heart failure effects.This study has reviewed the pharmacological effects of Aconiti latetralis radix praeparata competible with Zingiberis rhizomeaconite in treatment of heart failure from the aspects of hemodynamics,neuroendocrine system,metabolic remodeling of heart failing,vascular endothelial cells,ion channels and cardiomyocyte apoptosis,so as to analyze its potential mechanism,in order to provide reference and basis for its clinical application.
