2016—2018年重庆医科大学附属南川人民医院麻醉药品应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆医科大学附属南川人民医院(以下简称“我院”)麻醉药品临床应用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药和科学规范化管理提供依据。方法:运用回顾性分析方法,对2016—2018年我院麻醉药品的销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)和药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)等进行统计分析。结果:2016—2018年,我院麻醉药品的销售金额逐年递增,且以静脉给药剂型为主。3年来,盐酸吗啡缓释片的年销售金额排序均居第3位,DDDs排序均居首位;枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液及注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的DDDs排序均居前4位;DDC排序居前3位的分别为注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼(2 mg)、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液及注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼(1 mg);盐酸吗啡注射液、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)和磷酸可待因片的B/A接近1,表明其社会效益和经济效益同步性较好。结论:2016—2018年我院麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增加,麻醉药品的使用及管理符合相关标准和诊疗规范,但仍需加强学习、实时监控和干预管理。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of narcotic drugs in Nanchuan People's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)and its trends,so as to provide basis for clinical rational drug application,scientific and standardized management.METHODS:Retrospectively analysis was adopted to collect and analyze the consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs),define daily cost(DDC),sequence of consumption sum(B)/sequence of DDDs(A).RESULTS:During 2016-2018,the consumption sum of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased progressively by years,the dosage form was mainly intravenous administration.In the past 3 years,the annual consumption sum of Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets ranked the third,while its DDDs dominated the first place;the other 3 drugs ranked the top 4 of DDDs were respectively fentanyl citrate injection,sufentanil citrate injection and remifentanil hydrochloride injection;the top three drugs ranked by DDC were respectively remifentanil hydrochloride injection(2 mg),sufentanil citrate injection and remifentanil hydrochloride injection(1 mg);the B/A of morphine hydrochloride injection,Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(10 mg)and Codeine phosphate tablets was close to 1,which indicated that they had better social and economic benefits.CONCLUSIONS:From 2016 to 2018,the consumption sum of narcotic drugs in our hospital has increased by years,its application and management have met the relevant standards and clinical guidelines,but it still needs to strengthen learning,real-time monitoring and intervention management.
